Our En-Suite Room- Lighthouse Keep

We are perfectly situated being only 4/5 mins walk to the harbour and town, with all 5 beaches only 5/10 mins walk away.

Spend your days visiting the local beaches or walking the South West Coast Path & evenings meandering through quirky, cobbled streets sampling the local cuisine. 

​

Park your car and leave it for the week, or arrive by bus/train, the stations are 7 mins walk away or 2 mins taxi ride.

​

Park Avenue public car park is next door to the property. There is also unlimited parking at St Ives Rugby club which can be booked via Just Park.

Free on road parking is available low season and during high season you can park for 2 hours by day or after 4pm and not move till 11am next day.

Changeover days- Fri/Mon/Tues for 3/4/7 night stays.

Lighthouse Keep is our top floor en-suite room with a private entrance and patio. 

A comfy memory foam double bed with an en-suite shower room, breakfast bar and stools and kitchenette.

It has it's own gated private entrance and patio, equipped with table & chairs, as well as a designated decked area on the large sea view sun terrace with al fresco dining, panoramic sea views and bbq. Perfect for couples as well as sharing with friends.

Kitchenette - equipped for 2 people with:

  • a small fridge with icebox

  • microwave 

  • kettle,

  • toaster

  • cafetière

  • crockery and cutlery.

There is a 55" flat screen LED television, and free, super fast fibre wifi.​

We are just a 7 minute walk from the bus and train stations, or 2-5 mins in a taxi.

We recommend parking in Park Avenue public car park next door to the property. There is also unlimited parking at St Ives Rugby club which you can book through Just Park.

Payments

We do not charge any booking fees if you book direct with us.

We request payment of 1/3 deposit for 7 night stays only, or full balance on booking to secure your reservation.

If booking is less than 8 weeks before start of holiday full payment is due.

Short breaks of less than 7 nights pay full balance.

​

Changeover days are Fri/Mon/Tues. Stays are for 3/4/7 days.

Be sure to enter correct changeover days for correct prices & availability.

Payment is by by debit/credit card via Stripe our secure payments system. We can also take payments by bank transfer or cheque.
